DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Systems Analyst serves as the primary district administrator for the Canvas Learning Management System and digital platforms for teaching and learning, overseeing the integration of curriculum products. This role manages user access and technical support through help desk ticketing systems while conducting privacy policy reviews and implementing data-sharing agreements to ensure secure software integrations. The System Analyst works in partnership with IS&T department members to ensure alignment of systems, decisions, and communication. The individual will collaborate closely with Curriculum Specialists through the evaluation, adoption, and technical support stages of curriculum resources and must be proficient in Google Workspace and spreadsheets for data analysis and system interoperability.


The System Analyst should have direct experience with Canvas LMS, spreadsheets, and help desk ticketing systems.
