About the Position
We are seeking motivated, professional, and goal-oriented Medicare Insurance Agents to join our rapidly growing team. This position is available remotely or in our Boca Raton office for licensed agents who are passionate about helping Medicare beneficiaries make informed healthcare decisions.

Schedule
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Additional evening hours and weekends are required during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) and Open Enrollment Period (OEP) to accommodate increased customer demand.
Full attendance during AEP and OEP is required.

Responsibilities
Educate Medicare beneficiaries on their health insurance options.
Conduct inbound and outbound phone consultations.
Recommend Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans based on client needs.
Complete compliant enrollments while adhering to CMS and carrier guidelines.
Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system.
Meet sales, quality, and compliance goals.
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the enrollment process.
Qualifications
Active Health & Life Insurance License (required).
AHIP certification (or ability to obtain).
Medicare sales experience preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using CRM systems and working in a technology-driven environment.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting or collaboratively in an office.
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home office are required for remote agents.
