Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to attorneys
- Prepare, edit, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
- Assist with court filings and e-filing
- Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, meetings, and scheduling
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files
- Handle client and court communications professionally
- Assist with billing, time entry, and expense reports as needed
- Coordinate meetings, depositions, and other case-related matters
Qualifications
- Previous litigation defense experience required
- Prior experience as a Legal Secretary, Legal Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
