Dynamics 365 Developer

Supporting a Department of Veterans Affairs project, the full-time Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer will design, customize, and maintain solutions in Dynamics 365 (Customer Service) while collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations in Dynamics 365 Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, and process automation to meet business needs Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and Azure tools Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service) Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development (JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Platform) Experience with Dynamics APIs, web services, and integration tools Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
