Internship Overview: As a Engineering/Construction Intern at H&M, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside our experienced professionals and contribute to real construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning and coordination activities.
• Participate in on-site inspections and construction progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams.
• Gain exposure to budgeting and cost control processes.
• Contribute to safety and quality assurance initiatives.
• Engage in documentation and reporting tasks.
• Participate in meetings and project reviews.
• Take on additional responsibilities and projects as required.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in construction and the built environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior construction-related experience or coursework is a plus but not required.

Duration and Compensation:

• 12 weeks.
• Compensation: Paid internship with housing or transportation stipends if necessary.
