What You'll Be Doing

• Precision Building: Assemble high-quality equipment according to customer specifications and blueprints.
• Material Handling: Use your forklift experience to assist with loading/unloading and preparing materials for shipment.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside a safety-conscious crew to meet production deadlines in a dynamic shop environment.

What We're Looking For

• The Basics: High School Diploma/GED, 18+ years of age, and legal eligibility to work in the U.S..
• The Skills: Proficiency with hand tools, basic math, and the ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• The Grit: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably in a warehouse environment with temperature variations.
• The Mindset: A positive attitude, a safety-first approach, and the ability to pass a drug test

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly & Interpretation: Read blueprints and develop the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications to assemble equipment accurately.
• Logistics Support: Prepare materials for shipment and assist with the loading and unloading of commercial and customer trucks.
• Teamwork & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and prioritize safe work practices.
• Adaptability: Work independently or collaboratively within a team setting, taking on other manufacturing duties as assigned to support facility operations.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 10 hours at one time
• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
