Maintenance Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 25.00 to $ 30.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 04:00am to 01:30pm)

Precast Concrete Production / Maintenance Pay: $25–$30/hr (based on experience)

Job Overview: Production of precast concrete wall panels in both indoor and outdoor environments. Work includes exposure to heat, dust, and all-weather conditions. Some basic facility maintenance required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with concrete wall panel production
• Perform light facility maintenance (change bulbs, minor toilet repair, hang signage)
• Operate manlift (<20 ft) and ladders (up to 12 ft)
• Follow safety procedures and work in physically demanding conditions

Qualifications: Industrial, construction, or maintenance experience preferred Welding or industrial maintenance experience is a plus Apprenticeship or similar hands-on background helpful Must be comfortable getting dirty and working at heights

Requirements: Steel toe boots required for interview
