Vehicle Processing Clerk

To support vehicle repurchase processes, the remote Vehicle Processing Clerk will manage client communications, secure necessary documentation, and track case handling while working part-time and engaging with customers across the country. Key responsibilities Communicate with clients, customers, and relevant parties to facilitate vehicle repurchases Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and mail Expedite documentation and track case handling through internal systems Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent One or more years of customer service experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Must be a Michigan resident with a distraction-free work environment
