SVOE Account Executives enjoy the freedom and financial possibilities of an outside sales position and employ great time management and responsive customer engagement.

The Account Executive Position overview is as follows but may also require other job skills as the representative advances, as new technology arrives, and as company changes are implemented.

The SVOE Account Executive will be expected to:

-Prospect for new business on a daily basis by phone, through digital means, and in person.

-Consistently complete a minimum of (10-20) prospecting calls/day.

-Cover a large geographic territory consistently to make sales calls and to support current customers utilizing a company car, laptop, and cellphone.

-Keep accurate records and monthly forecasts of all customer activity.

-Be comfortable with and have the ability to use most computer programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and learn the CRM program “Pipedrive”.  As well as smartphone use for quick response.

-Attend monthly sales meetings for reporting and educational purposes at SVOE headquarters in Verona, VA.

-Follow up and follow through on appointments, phone calls, and e-mails in a timely manner.

-Work well with the service department and our administration to create a seamless overall customer experience.

-Learn multiple lines of technological equipment, train others (customers) on the use of equipment and new systems and periodically attend manufacturer-based training held in other states.

-Learn and utilize various financing processes such as leasing, direct purchase, and rental agreements.

-Be available to work from 8:00 am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday and some after hour events as scheduled for the Chamber of Commerce, sponsored events, or other periodic meetings.

-Have the ability to think on their own, develop creative solutions for sales and customer support, and work independently.

-Develop compelling proposals and be able to deliver proposals in person to decision makers and their staff.

-Speak and write in a coherent, legible fashion via letters, e-mail, flyers, and other internal/external documents.

-Submit all required paperwork utilizing a proven process and timeline.

-Also, commission paid on annual service (10% of first year-mono/color/base), 1% on lease revenue, and 5% additional on GP for net new deals.
