Define strategy and objectives for the Analytics PMO, building teams, tools, and processes to boost organizational effectiveness.Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical bets and high-uncertainty initiatives, structuring newly formed teams and scopes.Provide equivalent engineering insight during architectural discussions, resolving disagreements, evaluating technical trade-offs, and mitigating platform dependencies.Partner across Engineering, Product, and Business Strategy while acting as a trusted leadership proxy to drive decisions and align Geo stakeholders.Coach and mentor high-performing Program Managers, cultivate the Technical Program Manager (T/PgM) talent pipeline, and lead broader community and citizenship initiatives.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in program management. 7 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports. You will define, direct, and contribute to a portfolio of critical, high-stakes programs that have significant Geo and Google-wide impact. Operating as a transformational leader, you will set strategy, drive organizational change, and solve highly ambiguous problems holistically, independent of organizational boundaries.You will lead and grow a team of Technical Program Managers and Program Managers, bringing focus to optimize program delivery and ensuring all efforts converge on achieving top Analytics OKRs. Your cross-functional expertise will bridge organizational silos, connecting the dots between engineering, product management, and our external user ecosystems to uncover valuable insights that influence strategic decision-making.The Geo team is focused on building the most accurate, comprehensive, and useful maps for our users, through products like Maps, Earth, Street View, Google Maps Platform, and more.
