Primary responsibilities include patient registration, scheduling appointments, answering phones, distribution of records through **EPIC** (the EMR system) and executing duties in a manner that provides excellent customer service for the patient experience. Must have car. Position requires travel to all OMC clinic locations (Kirkland, Sammamish, Issaquah, Redmond, Newcastle, and Bellevue). Candidates must be available to work variable shift times, three weekdays per week (8-hour shifts). Schedule availability to be discussed during interview**Part-time / 24 hours per week****Monday - Friday /8 hour shifts****Varied schedule 645am to 10pm****Qualifications*** High School diploma or GED required.* Minimum of one (1) year of clerical experience in a medical facility preferred.* Must have vehicle to drive self to clinics and have a valid Drivers License* Excellent customer service and communication skills required.* Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred.# # **Why join Overlake?**We're proud to offer benefits that support you in every stage of your career and life.
