Maintenance Assistant Opportunity at Avalon Village!Full-Time, On-Call Every other WeekendThe Maintenance Assistant assists the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community's physical plant and grounds ensuring a safe, attractive and enjoyable living environment for our residents, staff and the public.Skills Needed:Physical Abilities: Stamina, strength and endurance to provide maintenance services.Supportive Presence: Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents.Teamwork: The ability to work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents.Requirements:Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
