Job Description
Assistant Manager

Janitorial Experience Required

(transportation and flexibility needed driving to multiple locations)
The custodial responsibilities include: directly supervising and coordinating work activities of the team; coaching and training; ensuring efficiency and consistency; assisting in cleaning duties.


Duties of the position include:

• Planning and preparing team work schedules
• Implementing 4M standards
• Resolving client issues
• Maintaining accurate records
• Promoting and maintain a safe work environment

Some supervisory experience is preferred and we will train you on our proven processes. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus. This can be more than a job, this could be a career. Check out our culture video to learn more about us at:

• Medical insurance offered to employees who work 30 plus hours
• Vacation days offered to all full-time (minimum 37 1/2 hours per week)
• Holiday pay offered to all regular, non exempt team members in good standing

Annual Salary: $45,000 to $50,000 plus vehicle allowance

Hours vary
