Job Category: Production / Branch Banking Requisition Number: PERSO007578 Locations Pacifica Overview Personal Banker position at Tri Counties Bank. Provide confidence‑inspiring service, develop relationships, present products, and manage transactions. Responsibilities Conduct approximately 12+ customer conversations daily. Present products: Consumer Checking Accounts, Consumer Savings Accounts, Certificates of Deposit, Online Banking, Bill Pay, Debit Cards. Continuously update a customer relationship management database with all interactions. Collaborate with other financial services professionals (Business Corporate & Purchasing Cards, Treasury Management, Direct Banking). Begin each customer interaction with a personal welcome and establish value. Use interactions to understand customer financial needs and goals. Share knowledge about Tri Counties Bank services, products, and partners. Employ appropriate solutions, follow through, honor commitments, and ensure goals fulfilled. Maintain accurate sales records, review results, prepare action plans to meet/exceed objectives. Handle all customer transactions accurately and timely per guidelines. Maintain current understanding of bank policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with regulations: BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, Reg B, Reg Z, Reg DD, Gramm-Leach-Bliley, Community Reinvestment Act, SAFE Act. Assist in training branch team members in product knowledge and skill development. Assist other team members with non‑primary duties as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous sales and cash handling experience preferred. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to use personal computers and Windows-based programs. Ability to complete bank product and sales training courses and appropriate certifications. Ability to register as a mortgage loan originator (MLO) in the Nationwide Mortgage License System and Registry (NMLS). Physical Requirements Might be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
