Sr IT Integration Engineer

Salary: $95,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Medical, or Business, or equivalent experience, at the time of hire.
• We are looking for 7 to 8 years of experience in a related field.
• We require experience and a solid understanding of hospital workflows, especially in Clinical and/or Revenue Cycle Management settings.
• Preferred: 8 or more years of experience.
• Preferred: Strong working knowledge of SFTP/FTP scripting tools such as Tidal and Axway Secure Transport.

• We design, develop, and maintain mission-critical integrations across our enterprise IT systems.
• We ensure secure and seamless data exchange between diverse platforms and applications.
• We lead complex integration initiatives and help resolve sophisticated data flow issues.
• We troubleshoot, optimize, and improve integration performance and reliability.
• We provide leadership through coaching, mentoring, motivating, and delegating within the team.
• We may lead response efforts during major incidents or system failures.
• We participate in on-call rotations and major incident resolution when required.
• We lead smaller EAI teams on medium to large complex projects, support work, or functional areas within larger programs.
• We place strong emphasis on Clinical and Revenue Cycle Management product lines and associated workflows.
• We coordinate code and peer reviews for multi-site or application-focused development work to ensure alignment with business and technical needs.
