Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Requisition Number: 105935 Talent Acquisition Coordinator W2 Contract | 6 Months | Hybrid (3 Days/Week) | Chandler, AZ Insight is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator for 6 months to support our fast-paced, high-volume recruiting team. In this role, you will serve as a critical operational partner to our Strategic Talent Advisors (Recruiters), ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the full recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Operational Support Support a high-volume recruiting team with day-to-day administrative tasks Process a variety of administrative requests from recruiters and hiring managers Manage special projects as needed to support the broader recruiting function Offer Letter Management Prepare, review, and send offer letters to candidates upon recruiter request Ensure 100% accuracy in offer letter documentation and details Coordinate with HR Operations to process offer acceptance and pre-employment screening Interview Scheduling Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders Manage calendar logistics with precision and professionalism Leverage ATS to track interview status and candidate feedback Pre-Hire Process Administration Administer pre-hire processes including background screenings and reference checks Partner with recruiters and HR Ops to ensure timely completion of documentation Support new hire onboarding coordination What We're Looking For High-volume experience: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail Organizational skills: Exceptional ability to juggle multiple calendars and deadlines Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication Tech savvy: Comfort with ATS systems, Microsoft Outlook, and collaboration tools Team-oriented mindset: Proactive support approach with strong sense of urgency Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Position Details Employment Type: W2 Contract Duration: 6 Months Location: Chandler, AZ Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days/week on-site The position described above provides a summary of some the job duties required and what it would be like to work at Insight.
