Imaging Assistant

ONSITE/Shift schedule is 10:30am-7pm
We are seeking an associate to operate an IBML high-speed document scanning machine in a production environment. This role is responsible for running multiple assigned jobs, preparing documents for scanning, loading and feeding materials, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring output meets quality and production standards.


The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to follow job-specific instructions accurately.



Key Responsibilities
Operate an IBML machine to process multiple document scanning jobs according to daily production schedules.
Set up and run different job types, including selecting the correct job profile, batch requirements, and processing instructions.
Prepare documents for machine processing, including sorting, batching, removing staples or clips, aligning pages, and checking document condition.
Load documents into the IBML machine and monitor feeding, scanning, sorting, and output during production.
Identify and resolve basic machine issues such as jams, misfeeds, double feeds, or poor image quality.
Perform quality checks to ensure documents are processed accurately and completely.
Maintain accurate batch counts, job logs, production records, and exception documentation.
Separate, organize, and stage completed work according to job requirements.
Escalate machine issues, job discrepancies, or quality concerns to the supervisor or lead.
Follow all company procedures related to document handling, confidentiality, data security, and quality control.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Physical Requirements

Skills
Previous experience in document scanning, mailroom, production, warehouse, print operations, or machine operation preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
