Vice President of Servicing Strategy (Town of Texas)

A rapidly growing consumer finance organization is seeking a Vice President of Servicing Strategy & Analytics to lead a high-impact team responsible for improving portfolio performance, optimizing customer outcomes, and driving enterprise growth.

This role sits at the intersection of analytics, strategy, operations, and technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve payment performance, reduce losses, optimize customer treatment strategies, and enhance operational effectiveness across a large and growing consumer lending portfolio.

This is a highly visible leadership position that partners directly with executive leadership and plays a critical role in shaping the future direction of the business.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of managers and analysts responsible for servicing strategy, portfolio analytics, and performance optimization.
• Develop data-driven strategies that improve customer payment behavior while minimizing portfolio losses.
• Leverage analytics, segmentation, testing, and experimentation to improve servicing and collections outcomes.
• Partner closely with operations and technology teams to implement scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact.
• Evaluate tradeoffs between customer experience, profitability, risk, and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology, and organizational effectiveness across the servicing organization.
• Provide strategic leadership around collections, recoveries, customer engagement, and portfolio performance initiatives.
• Present recommendations, business cases, and performance insights to executive leadership.
• Mentor and develop high-performing analytics and strategy teams.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in consumer lending, financial services, consulting, analytics, strategy, or related industries.
• Experience leading teams responsible for strategy, analytics, portfolio management, servicing, collections, or customer lifecycle optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience balancing customer outcomes, operational performance, and financial results.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale business improvement initiatives.
