Opportunity Highlights

Join our collaboration between Deaconess Health System and Orthopaedic Associates as a full-time Certified Anesthesia Assistant (CAA) practicing at the Orthopedic Surgery Center.
Weekday schedule 7a - 5p, no weekends or holidays (176 scheduled shifts annually), providing exceptional work-life balance.
Practice in a high-quality ambulatory surgery environment focused on orthopedic procedures.
Work as an integral member of a collaborative anesthesia care team alongside anesthesiologists and CRNAs to deliver exceptional perioperative care.

Compensation & Incentives

W-2 Employment

Base Compensation: $316,800 annually ($180/hour)

Additional Incentives

$50,000 Sign-On Bonus (5-year commitment required)
Eligible for quality incentive of up to $8,800 annually

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant program
Certified or certification-eligible through the National Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA)
Eligible for or currently holding an active Indiana Anesthesiologist Assistant license
Excellent communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
