We're looking for an exceptional Assistant Property Manager who is highly organized, proactive, and thrives on solving problems. This is a hands-on role with broad exposure to property management, construction, tenant relations, and operations. Basic accounting knowledge, including the ability to run reports, interpret financial information, and communicate findings to ownership. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills - nothing slips through the cracks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding customer service and relationship management skills with tenants, vendors, contractors, and building staff. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in property management, business, or a related field is beneficial. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the property management team, including janitorial, day porter, security, engineering, and parking personnel. Coordinate tenant improvement projects and capital improvement work from planning through completion. Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a seamless experience. Maintain schedules for all required inspections, preventive maintenance, and regulatory compliance. Respond promptly and professionally to tenant requests, resolving issues in a way that supports both tenant satisfaction and ownership objectives. Maintain current certificates of insurance for all tenants and contractors. Assist with vendor coordination, contract administration, and project tracking. Support ownership with operational reporting, special projects, and process improvements as needed. Why Join Us?
