Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including med-surg, ICU, and orthopedic cases.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.


• Document patient progress and outcomes using the Cerner EMR system.


• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as required.


• Offer therapy to ventilated patients in the ICU as necessary.


• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility guidelines during patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license with at least 2 years of acute care experience.


• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.


• Proficient with the Cerner EMR system.


• Experience with orthopedic and total joint cases, as well as ICU and ventilated patients.


• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running with minimal orientation.


• COVID-19 vaccination required.
