On-Site Service Maintenance Manager - Lead & Improve Communities

The Community Builders, Inc.

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a Service Maintenance Manager in Chicago to lead the maintenance team, plan preventive work, and ensure quality living environments for residents. This role combines hands-on duties with leadership, vendor coordination, and budget oversight. Five days a week in office is required.
