Randstad is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable bilingual (Spanish) or English Customer Service Triage Agent to join an exciting new pilot program in Tempe, AZ. In this dynamic role, you will manage active inbound and outbound phone queues, contact prospective leads to qualify their business needs, and maintain impeccable pipeline tracking by scheduling critical partner callbacks and logging succinct, detailed notes within our CRM. Because this initiative tests a brand-new triage model, you will also play a key role in manual reporting and participate in weekly feedback sessions to help refine operational workflows. The ideal candidate brings 6+ months of contact center or financial services experience, a highly disciplined approach to following compliance protocols within defined parameters, and the strong multitasking skills necessary to drive the pilot's conversion success.

salary: $15 - $18.41 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Customer Service.
• Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Customer Service.
• Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide information to client personnel in Customer Service
