GENERAL OVERVIEW OF KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

To implement the daily activities for an assigned group of students under the direction of the Program Manager, Group Supervisor, or Site Coordinator.

 

ESSENTIAL & CORE FUNCTIONS:

1. Assist in the implementation of daily activities under the guidance of the Group Supervisor.
2. Coordinate daily activities and supervise Aides in the absence of the Group Supervisor.
3. Assist the program participants in the total completion of required homework assignments.
4. Participate in the training and development activities of the agency as well as attend appropriate staff meetings.
5. Maintain safety requirements of the attending students in regards to their personal and/or medical needs.
6. May be responsible for other duties as assigned by the Program Manager (Site Director) or Site Coordinator
7. Oversee the educational and recreational activities of the assigned group of students.
8. Participate in Job and Facility related training as appropriate.
9. Adherence to Organization policies and procedures.
10. Demonstrate a commitment to Quality Improvement.
11. Adherence to Corporate Compliance Policies & Procedures.
