We're growing fast, and we need a Closer — someone who lives for the thrill of sealing the deal and thrives on turning "maybe" into "yes."

As a Sales Closer, you'll take over warm leads generated by our Business Development and Cold Calling teams. Your mission: build trust, uncover needs, and close contracts for GPS's staffing and outsourcing solutions. You'll be the bridge between interest and revenue — and the reason our pipeline turns into profit.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling qualified leads from outreach teams and converting them into signed clients.
• Conducting high-impact discovery and closing calls via Zoom or phone.
• Presenting GPS's solutions with confidence, tailoring each pitch to client pain points.
• Negotiating pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborating with the BD and staffing teams to ensure seamless client handoff.
• Maintaining detailed CRM records for every prospect interaction.
• Hitting and exceeding monthly close targets — because "almost" doesn't pay the bills.
• Participating in ongoing product and sales training to sharpen your pitch.
