Showcase is hiring a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate at Lehigh Valley Mall . As a Retail Key Holder Associate, you will provide excellent customer service, demonstrate trending products, and drive sales on the sales floor. This is an in-person retail position inside Lehigh Valley Mall. Part-time hours vary based on store needs and sales volume and include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive in-store experience
- Engage customers on the sales floor and recommend products based on their needs
- Demonstrate products and explain features and benefits to drive retail sales
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals and store performance metrics
- Assist with merchandising, stocking, pricing, and maintaining visual displays
- Support daily store operations and maintain a clean, organized retail environment
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
- Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- $12- $16 per hour
