Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join as a traveling Physical Therapist in Cartersville, GA, working in an outpatient clinic. Provide evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and oversee discipline-specific therapy services to support patients returning to community activities. Participate in student education as assigned and maintain documentation and compliance with state, federal and clinic policies. New graduates are allowed.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Georgia State physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Ability to complete timely, accurate documentation including evaluations, goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
• Adherence to state Practice Act and maintenance of professional licensure in good standing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supervising students or involvement in clinical education.
• Experience with functional treatment program design focused on return to community activities.
• Familiarity with performance improvement initiatives and safety programs such as safe patient handling.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, typical daytime hours consistent with a 5x8 schedule.
• Location: Outpatient clinic in Cartersville, GA.
• New graduates accepted.
