About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that are in line with the organization's goals. This includes managing treasury operations, capital structuring, and overseeing risk management and compliance. The CFO will also be tasked with ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining strong internal controls. Applicants for the CFO position at the company must be current CFOs and hold either a CPA or CFA qualification. A minimum of 10 years experience in senior financial leadership is required, with a proven track record in driving treasury, risk management, and capital structuring. The role demands a highly qualified individual with extensive experience in the financial services and Fintech sectors, particularly in the areas of treasury, risk management, and capital structuring. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of aligning financial strategies with the organization's objectives, and will have a strong background in compliance and internal controls.
