California Sales Assistant

Providing administrative and clerical support, the full-time temporary California Sales Assistant will assist a sales team with tasks such as spreadsheet management, proposal creation, and customer information entry while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel to support sales operations Assist the quoting team with the creation of proposals and enter customer information into systems Direct calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments as needed Required qualifications 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment Group health insurance experience is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word High School Diploma or GED equivalent Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
