Volkswagen of Norwood is seeking a Rock Star Service Advisor  who is looking for a company to grow with.  

$60,000-100,000 yearly potential

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers, schedule appointments, and accurately document vehicle concerns.
• Perform a thorough vehicle walk-around with each customer.
• Review service history and recommend needed maintenance and repairs.
• Clearly explain recommended services, repair costs, and timelines.
• Prepare accurate estimates and obtain customer authorization before work begins.
• Monitor repairs and keep customers updated throughout the service process.
• Review and close repair orders accurately and professionally.
• Perform quality-control checks to help prevent comebacks and ensure customer concerns are addressed.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding appointments, repairs, and follow-up.
• Provide exceptional customer service while building trust and long-term relationships.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple repair orders.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured by the company.
• Willingness to complete and maintain required manufacturer training and certifications.
