We are seeking high achievers, top performers, and results-driven professionals who want to be part of a rapidly growing private equity organization.
This is not an entry-level position, a training opportunity, or a traditional investor relations role. We are looking for individuals who have already demonstrated success in raising capital and are ready to take their careers to the next level.
If you have the relationships, the track record, and the drive to perform at the highest level, QC Capital Group offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a growing investment platform.
ABOUT QC CAPITAL GROUP

Our investment strategies span car care businesses, small-bay industrial real estate, and asset-backed lending.
Since our founding in 2019, we have acquired over $300 million in commercial assets and established relationships with more than 750 accredited investors.
As we continue expanding our investment platform, we are seeking an exceptional capital markets professional to accelerate equity fundraising, expand our distribution network, and develop long-term relationships with sophisticated investors and institutional capital partners.

The ideal candidate brings an established network of relationships across registered investment advisors (RIAs), broker-dealers, family offices, institutional investors, wealth management platforms, and high-net-worth individuals.
This individual must be a proactive business developer who understands how to identify capital sources, build relationships with decision-makers, navigate investment due diligence, and convert opportunities into funded commitments.
We are looking for the best of the best.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEquity Capital Formation & Fundraising

- Conduct direct outreach to qualified prospective investors and distribution partners.
- Schedule and lead investor meetings, presentations, and due diligence discussions.
- Maintain consistent engagement with prospective investors throughout the fundraising cycle.
- Build a repeatable and scalable capital origination process.

- Communicate complex investment structures, fund economics, risk considerations, and return objectives to sophisticated investors.
- Present QC Capital's investment strategies and competitive positioning.
- Coordinate investor due diligence with executive leadership, legal counsel, and fund operations.
- Work closely with investor relations and operations teams to facilitate subscriptions and capital funding.
- Ensure fundraising activities comply with applicable securities regulations and company policies.

- Maintain accurate fundraising pipelines, investor activity records, and capital commitment forecasts.
- Track investor conversion rates, fundraising velocity, and capital raised by distribution channel.
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership on fundraising performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve investor acquisition, conversion, and capital formation efficiency.

- Experience presenting investment opportunities to sophisticated investors and investment committees.
- Understanding of Regulation D offerings, including Rule 506(c), and applicable investor solicitation requirements.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a substantial fundraising pipeline, and deliver consistent results.
- Willingness to travel for investor meetings, conferences, and strategic relationship development.
- Ability to work on-site at our Charlotte, NC headquarters.

- Existing book of relationships with active alternative investment allocators.
- Proven experience raising capital through the RIA and broker-dealer distribution channels.
- Experience working with family offices and institutional investment platforms.
- Background in private equity, commercial real estate, private credit, or alternative asset management.
- Experience securing multimillion-dollar investor commitments.
- Familiarity with custodial platforms, investment due diligence processes, and alternative investment distribution.
- FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, or 82 licenses, where applicable.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
The successful candidate will:
- Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified equity investors.
- Establish new relationships with capital allocation decision-makers.
- Secure meaningful funded equity commitments.
- Expand QC Capital's RIA, family office, and institutional distribution networks.
- Develop long-term investor relationships that generate repeat capital commitments.
- Build a scalable capital-raising platform supporting the company's continued growth.
Success in this position will be measured primarily by capital raised, investor relationships originated, distribution partnerships established, and consistent execution against fundraising objectives.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are not looking for someone who simply manages existing investor relationships.
We are looking for a proven producer.
Someone who understands that capital raising requires persistence, relationship development, strategic thinking, and execution.
Someone who already knows the decision-makers, understands how capital is allocated, and has demonstrated the ability to successfully raise equity.
Someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants to play a significant role in growing an alternative investment platform.
If you have a proven fundraising track record, established capital relationships, and the ability to consistently originate and close equity commitments, we want to speak with you.
WHY JOIN QC CAPITAL GROUP?
- Work directly with senior executive leadership.
- Represent an expanding alternative investment platform with multiple investment strategies.
- Opportunity to build and lead meaningful capital distribution relationships.
- Competitive compensation with performance-based earning potential.
- Direct impact on the firm's capital formation strategy and long-term growth. xhyhwjd
