Job Responsibilities Include Develop positive relationships while working cross functionally with marketing, finance, the broader BAI team, and other partners to develop and communicate assumptions based on secondary data analysis and partner input Provide senior leadership with an objective and rigorous perspective on secondary data analytics and performance management Enable data-driven experimentation within the LVL Business Unit by establishing KPIs and leading indicators, evaluating experiment effectiveness, and guiding teams with actionable insights and optimization recommendations to improve business outcomes Lead the production and interpretation of data for standard reports (e.g., weekly important metric dashboard, monthly tracking, etc.) With limited supervision, provide analytical support to the cross-functional team supporting general medicine Prepare, interpret and present analyses on specific business objectives and in preparation for ad hoc investigative requests Ensure applicable legal and regulatory compliance SOPs are understood by and adhered to by yourself, vendors, and product teams Be a great partner with external vendors and consultants to enable effective and efficient project completion Demonstrate ownership of relevant general medicine data sets, encouraging confidence in the data through a clear understanding of data collection methods, business rules and caveats Improve the capabilities of the Commercial Insights team by researching and implementing new analytical tools, methodologies, internal and external best practices, new data sources, etc What We Expect Of You We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. Basic Qualifications Doctorate degree and 2 years of market research, analytics, competitive intelligence, sales and/or marketing operations experience Masters degree and 4 years of market research, analytics, competitive intelligence, sales and/or marketing operations experience Bachelors degree and 6 years of market research, analytics, competitive intelligence, sales and/or marketing operations experience Associates degree and 10 years of market research, analytics, competitive intelligence, sales and/or marketing operations experience High school diploma / GED and 12 years of market research, analytics, competitive intelligence, sales and/or marketing operations experience Preferred Qualifications Familiar with technologies and applications, and hands-on experience to analyze, synthesize, and integrate various secondary data Strong knowledge in data, analytics, research, and/or dashboarding & reporting approach Capable to identify & define business issues, and address through data, analytics, and research Proficient analysis and project management skills to turn unstructured business issues into action plans that result in meaningful strategic or tactical recommendations Ability to drive implementation to enhance methodologies and standard processes Strong Oral, Written presentation skills, with ability to explain complex concepts verbally or visually via ppt Consistently engage and collaborate effectively with cross-functional team to shape brand strategy and understand risks and opportunities What You Can Expect Of Us As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for your professional and personal growth and well-being. The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
