- Answering incoming calls
- Documenting calls and customer information into a company specific database
- Cash handling
- Filing paperwork
- Outbound calls for customers regarding loans
- Other duties as needed
- Previous experience in an office setting
- Good tenure, 2+ years in previous employment
- Able to type 30-40 WPM
- Using MS Office software
- 1st shift, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
- Part Time
