Weekend and evening availability is required.Essential FunctionsDuties & ResponsibilitiesAdhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy proceduresGather bins of dishes and supplies from the kitchensOrganize dishes, utensils, and equipment for cleaningSafely handle and change out dish machine chemicals as neededWash, sanitize, and dry all dishes and restaurant equipmentDeliver dishes, utensils, and equipment to their designated locationsPromptly report equipment quality issues to a ManagerComplete all opening, closing, and side dutiesWork as a team with your fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect.RequirementsQualificationsMust be 18 years of age or older with a Municipality of Anchorage Food Handlers Card.
