Project Architect

Design Collaborative is seeking an experienced Project Architect / Architectural Designer who is passionate about creating people‑first places. This role is ideal for a curious, creative, and solution‑oriented designer who enjoys owning their work, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and seeing projects through from concept to construction. What You’ll Do Contribute to projects from Conceptual Design through Construction Administration Develop architectural designs, models, and construction documents using Revit, CAD, and BIM tools Collaborate with internal design team and consultants to deliver integrated, high‑quality solutions Present design ideas to clients, contractors, and colleagues Partner with Project Managers to meet design goals, schedules, and budgets Participate in client meetings, project coordination, and on‑site construction observations What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an NCARB‑accredited program 5+ years of professional architectural design experience Registered Architect (RA) or actively working toward licensure Commercial project experience, preferably in one or more of the following markets: Multi‑Family / Multi‑Use, Workplace, Financial, Industrial Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, from programming through construction Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Excellent organization, communication, and time‑management skills Ability to balance big‑picture thinking with technical precision #J-18808-Ljbffr
