Implementation Manager

Leading the implementation of software and services, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will act as a liaison among various stakeholders, ensuring tailored solutions for customers while managing project timelines and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders during the implementation process, managing relationships and expectations Lead discussions with customers to understand their business requirements and provide tailored recommendations on VPL services Document project progress, scope requirements, and maintain accountability for timely and high-quality delivery of implementations Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience managing customer-facing projects or implementations with web-based software products 2-3 years of hands-on experience configuring web-based software solutions 1-2 years of experience activating and configuring parcel carrier accounts and setting up workstations Knowledge of remote desktop access software (e.g., GoToMyPC, AnyDesk) Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and contribute to a growing team
