Physical Therapist (PT) - General

Physical Therapist Rehabilitation

Part-time position; 20 hours per week.

Setting: Secure juvenile residential correctional facility serving male youth.

Valid State PT license.

BLS certification.

Minimum of 1 year of experience required.

Charting experience required (any system).

Clinical skills in orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation.

Evaluate and create treatment plans based on patient assessments.

Implement therapeutic exercises and patient education.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as necessary.

Provide rehabilitative care for various diagnoses, including post-op ortho and neurologic conditions.

Confirm facility requirements regarding COVID-19 vaccination policy before submission.
