Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown

• Administer and titrate drips in the Stepdown unit
• Manage Heparin gtts on the floor
• Read and interpret telemetry strips
• Collaborate with Charge Nurse and House Supervisor
• Provide comprehensive care to MedSurg, Cardiac, and other listed patient types

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown

• Active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience in Stepdown and Floor settings
• Ability to interpret telemetry strips
• Proven skills in titrating medications
