Responsibilities Support a team of Product Managers that act as the central resource and driving force for the conception, design, launch, and go‑to‑market of government‑focused cloud products. Gain an understanding of US government customers, market, and competition to drive product adoption. Support product definition from vision to roadmap and detailed product requirements. Influence engineering teams to invest and iterate on features the government market requires. Run effective pilot programs and collect continuous customer feedback. Create field enablement materials (blogs, presentations) to explain how to integrate OCI services into customer architectures. Partner with sales and marketing to deliver high‑quality product collateral and ensure customer satisfaction with our cloud products. Launch new services/features by working closely with marketing, and sales organizations to maximize product adoption. Qualifications Understanding of cloud platform technologies and how to apply them to real‑world problems is desired. Experience as a project manager, or in a technical leadership role with a cloud platform technology provider, is preferred. Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams. Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Excellent written and verbal communication. Experience building value propositions, messaging, and guidance for customers, users, and other stakeholders. Ability to work with and communicate internally with and to the customer at all levels, including engineers, end‑users, partners, and senior leaders. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations.
