Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Java/.NET Developer with strong experience across container orchestration, CI/CD automation, database pipelines, observability, and production support . This role blends hands‐on development with platform engineering and operational excellence, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable application delivery across cloud and on‐prem environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and .NET
- Build and deploy microservices on Kubernetes , including Amazon EKS and OpenShift
- Implement and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines for application and database deployments
- Manage secrets and configuration securely across environments
- Work with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server databases, including schema changes, performance tuning, and database CI/CD automation
- Configure and maintain monitoring and observability solutions (logs, metrics, traces) to ensure system reliability
- Troubleshoot environment issues across dev, QA, staging, and production
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and drive long‐term fixes
- Provide production support , ensuring high availability, performance, and rapid issue resolution
- Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, QA, and Architecture teams to improve deployment workflows and platform stability
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational best practices
Required Technical Skills
- Development: Java, Spring Boot, .NET Core
- Containerization & Orchestration: Kubernetes, EKS, OpenShift
- CI/CD: GitLab, GitLab Runners, GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Secret Management: Vault, Kubernetes Secrets, GitLab Secrets (or equivalent tools)
- Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, schema design)
- Database CI/CD: Automated migrations, versioning, deployment pipelines
- Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, CloudWatch, Dynatrace, or similar
- Troubleshooting: Environment issues, deployment failures, performance bottlenecks
- RCA & Production Support: Incident analysis, stability improvements, on‐call support
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and API development
- Familiarity with SRE practices and operational automation
- Experience with infrastructure‐as‐code (Terraform, Helm)
- Understanding of security best practices for cloud and containerized workloads
