Service Representative Remote

Salary: $54,300 - 77,500 per year Requirements:

• Were looking for 1–3 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• We need someone with a strong understanding of Wisconsin Medicaid and a working knowledge of commercial and government healthcare insurance programs.
• We value excellent research and problem-solving abilities.
• We require clear, professional communication skills for working with a variety of stakeholders.
• We expect proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office, along with the ability to learn our internal software quickly.

• We research and resolve third-party administrator questions and issues for providers, County Waiver Agencies, and DHS staff.
• We use our internal systems and tools to investigate inquiries and find effective solutions.
• We provide timely, accurate responses that support a high level of customer satisfaction.
• We build and maintain strong working relationships with our external and internal stakeholders.
• We deliver occasional onsite or virtual training for providers, County Waiver Agencies, and DHS staff.
• We make independent decisions and manage our workload with limited supervision.
• We collaborate within a team while handling our own responsibilities.
• We learn and apply our policies, procedures, and systems to support the CLTS program.
• We handle a mix of routine work and more complex issues that require creative problem-solving.
