Junior Payroll Analyst

Role Description
- Manage payroll schedules to support oversight of the team responsible for processing;
- Process payroll for clients within your portfolio;
- Ensure monthly Federal and State compliance control for the client portfolio;
- Support administrative control and onboarding demands for clients after the lead stage, including implementations and U.S. Payroll consulting;
- Assist in tracking tasks and deadlines of the execution team to meet SLAs;
- Perform other routines related to the HR/Personnel Department;
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE:
- Experience with payroll processes, customer service, and administrative controls;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
- Advanced English (will be tested during the interview);
- NICE TO HAVE:
- Knowledge of U.S. payroll closing processes is a plus;
- Understanding of the market regarding benefits and insurance;
