Position Overview

The Licensed Commercial Plumber will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial plumbing systems on a variety of commercial construction and service projects. This position requires strong technical knowledge, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently.

This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities for overtime and long-term career growth.

• Competitive pay: $80,000 - $100,000/year based on experience and licensing

What You’ll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings
• Diagnose plumbing issues and perform troubleshooting and repairs
• Install piping systems, fixtures, drains, water lines, and related plumbing equipment
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and team members on job progress
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current Journeyman Plumbing License preferred (or ability to obtain/maintain licensing)
• Commercial plumbing experience required
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installations, and repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues independently
• Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Must own basic plumbing tools
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials/equipment as required
