ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Leisha Willis Insurance and Financial Services Inc., you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $37,440.00 - $54,080.00 per year

• Our office is open Monday - Friday 9:00 -5 :30 pm. Evenings and weekends by appointment.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2013.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
• I am a proud graduate of Spelman College.
• We currently have 2 team members at our agency.
• We have 42 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
• Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Senior Vice President's Club
