The company is proud of its broad portfolio of nearly 10,000 active patents, and is focused on fully leveraging its highly differentiated business model to deliver solid growth with consistent best-in-class margins and return on capital.Role Overview:Manage the company's ERP and Business Applications portfolio; coordinate internal staff and 3rd party resourcesLead and develop a team responsible for supporting and administering the company's core business applicationsProvide decision making, project management and continuous improvement skillsets to support critical business applications for a global work environmentWork cross-functionally to deliver ERP and business application solutions in a manufacturing and sales environmentCore Responsibilities:Serve as the primary leader of the company's Infor XA ERP system, including configuration, upgrades, patching, and performance across all modulesManage and support the company's broader Business Applications environment, including Infor CPQ, TeamCenter, Salesforce, and internally developed applicationsHire, lead, mentor, and develop a team across ERP and business applications support, setting priorities and managing performanceLead business application support functions and coordinate on a global basisEvaluate ERP and business application vendor/support agreements, manage related software procurement and licensing within company's internal control frameworkEnsure company maintains compliance with requirements of software licensing agreementsProvide project management oversight for ERP upgrades, module rollouts, and business application initiativesSupport functional stakeholders to define business and systems requirements and define ERP/business application solutions which optimize performanceEnsure data integrity, security, and master data governance across Infor XA and integrated business applicationsManage annual IT Solutions budget preparation, strategic planning as well as ad hoc, tactical evaluations Education and ExperienceStrong project management, communication and interpersonal skillsB.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or an A.S. degree with equivalent additional experience, with a minimum of 5 years of ERP/business applications experience including 2-5 years in a people management role, preferred.Working knowledge or proficiency with:ERP: Preferred Infor XA (IBM i/AS400 environment) or equivalent, including core modules such as order management, inventory, manufacturing, and financialsBusiness Applications: Infor CPQ, Siemens TeamCenter, Salesforce, and internally developed applicationsDatabases: DB2 for i, MS SQLProgramming/Scripting: C#, SQL, integration/middleware tools and RPG/RPGLE a plusProductivity/Collaboration: Microsoft Office suite, SharePointBenefitsOur employees enjoy competitive, merit-based salary plus excellent benefits including:Health and dental insuranceCompany Paid Life InsuranceShort and Long Term Disability401K plan with generous company matchVacation, personal days and holidaysContinuing education reimbursement programFlexible spending accounts The opportunity to join a well established (80 years in business) yet dynamically changing organization that works together as a team to meet the challenges of satisfying customers’ needs and managing rapid growth to better compete in a global marketplace.ITW is an equal opportunity employer.
