Duties : Establishing customer relationships, educating customers about insurance options, developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. Work Environment : Outgoing, customer-focused, and public-facing. Responsibilities Build and maintain customer relationships. Educate customers using a needs-based review process. Develop leads and schedule appointments.Identify customer needs and market suitable products and services. Compensation and Benefits Pay : Hourly pay plus commission/bonus. Schedule : No weekend work, no work on your birthday, flexible hours.
