Production Resource Entry Level Nights (4pm to 4am)

Ocean Spray is hiring Entry‑Level Production Resources Technicians for night shift at our Tomah Production Plant —this is more than just a job; it’s a chance to build a real career. You’ll start at $23.29/hour plus a $1.25/hour night shift differential , with training and opportunities to move into higher‑paying roles and potentially transition to day shift as openings come up. This is a full‑time, year‑round position on a 12‑hour 2‑2‑3 schedule (4:00 p.m.–4:00 a.m.) , which means you get Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off every other week . You’ll work indoors in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment making Sweetened Dried Cranberries (Craisins) with a team that values growth and stability.

Position Overview:

Production Resource, our entry level position, may be scheduled to work in any location in the plant based on qualifications and responsibilities change daily as staffing needs vary. Some responsibilities may include general housekeeping, support to Line Operators, assisting in the BDR, working in the Lab testing product, batching, unloading sugar trucks, helping the bulk line, working in the refinement area, stacking product, and assisting in rework/repack operations. This position will also require the personnel to be flexible and able to embrace schedule changes as manufacturing needs change often.

What We’re Looking For?

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add and subtract, multiply and divide.
• Ability to perform these operations using units, weight measurement, volume and distance.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to adhere to all Plant Safety, GMP’s and Operating guidelines and rules.
• Ability to perform responsibilities for a 12-hour shift and assist on other shifts as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
