We are seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to join an established organization in Coalinga. This is a hands-on technical role that will serve as an escalation point for Tier 2 IT issues while providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot escalated hardware, software, network, access, and connectivity issues
• Support Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, virtualization, backups, and endpoint technologies
• Support LAN/WAN, wireless, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, and VoIP environments
• Assist with server administration, patching, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Provide technical direction and mentoring to junior IT staff
• Support onboarding, offboarding, equipment deployment, and access management
• Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with technology vendors

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, systems administration, or a similar technical support role.

• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments and general Microsoft platform support.

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, endpoint devices, and service desk ticket workflows.

• Ability to troubleshoot a broad range of hardware, software, account access, and connectivity problems with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor team members or provide technical direction within an IT support environment.

• Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document work clearly and deliver strong customer service.
