Location Anywhere in Country Role Overview As a Senior Technology Analyst in EY's SAP service line, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, gathering requirements from stakeholders, designing system architecture, and ensuring implementations meet business goals. Key Responsibilities Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes. Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Facilitate requirement gathering and lead design workshops during exploration, configuration, unit testing, and build phases; document functional specifications for design gaps; assist the client in all testing cycles; deliver training prior to go‑live; and provide post go‑live support. Stay current with annual releases of new Asset Management (Plant Maintenance) functionalities from SAP. Collaborate across workstreams—procurement, project systems, finance, quality management, production, materials management, warehouse management, supply chain, and IBP—to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions. Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Travel regularly to meet with clients, building relationships and understanding their needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 2–4 years of experience working with SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance (PM)/Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). Strong technical skills in application functional design and asset management principles. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Expertise in business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping. Proficiency in system configuration design and technology cost‑benefit analysis. Ability to manage client relationships and communicate with impact. Comfort researching client inquiries, emerging issues, regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. Flexibility and willingness to travel; estimated travel 40–60% of time. Preferred Additional Experience Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience. Relevant SAP certifications. Experience in manufacturing, utilities, mining and metal, or oil and gas (energy) industries. Experience with at least one full‑cycle implementation of SAP asset management. Experience with licensed products such as 3rd‑party planning and scheduling tools, MRO master data governance tools, SAP service and asset management (mobility), SAP field service management, SAP resource scheduling for maintenance planners (RSH), SAP business network asset collaboration, SAP asset performance management, SAP spatial asset management, SAP work clearance management (lock out/tag out), SAP geographical enablement framework, and SAP environmental health & safety. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $102,500 to $187,900 for all US locations; $122,900 to $213,400 for NewYork City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento).
