In-depth antibody identification. Type and Screen; Antibody identification; antigen typing; direct coombs; eluates; antibody titers; crossmatching; preparation of platelet pheresis/thawing of plasma and cryo; dispensing products; specimen processing/handling Special Equipment: vision, helmer thawers, helmer refrigerators / freezers/ platelet rotators, helmer cellwashers, helmer centrifuges, COBE/IBM unit cellwasher, MTS gel pipette, Ortho manual gel workstations Blocked Schedule requests considered - discuss in interview 100mi. Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval) WV License required – can submit with pending RTO Restrictions: None, must include on application/profile and discuss with manager during interview Guaranteed Hours: 40hrs Submission Requirements: Perm employees cannot return to CAMC as a traveler for 2 Years after last day worked perm Flu Shot: Please DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF.
